How do I Access my HughesNet Voice Features?

  1. Visit myHughesNet.com

  2. Click on the ‘My Services” on the top menu.

  3. Locate your ‘HughesNet Voice’ service.

  4. Click the ‘Voice’ tab. 

  5. Create a separate login to the HughesNet Voice Web Self-Care Portal. Your login can be the same as your myHughesNet.com login.

  6. Once you are in the HughesNet Voice Web Self-Care Portal, you will be able to see your HughesNet Voice features. 

 

How do I set up my Voicemail Pin Number?

  • Dial *333 on the phone you are using for HughesNet Voice

  • When prompted to enter your pin, enter 1234.

  • You will then be prompted to create a new pin. Your voicemail is now setup.

 

How do I Access my Voicemail?

  • Dial *333

  • Enter the pin you have created. 

 

How do I Access Voicemail Messages and Settings?

  • Login to the HughesNet Voice Web Self-Care Portal.

  • Click on the ‘Voicemail’ link.

  • View voicemail messages and adjust settings.

  • If you want to use your own answering machine, disable the voicemail feature

 

How do I Forward Calls?

  • Login to the HughesNet Voice Web Self-Care Portal.

  • Click on the ‘All Call Forwarding’ link.

  • Select ‘yes’ to activate.

  • Enter the phone number where you want to forward the call. You can forward to a mobile

 

How do I Transfer my Phone Number to HughesNet Voice?

  • Login to the HughesNet Voice Web Self-Care Portal.

  • Click on the ‘Port My Number’ link.

  • Complete the form. We highly recommend reviewing the help(?) tools on the left of the form before proceeding.

  • Click submit when complete

  • If you need help locating your Site Account Number (SAN), go to the MyAccount page on myHughesNet.com
