What does ‘Unlimited Data – No Hard Data Limits’ mean?

There’s no limit to the amount of data you can use each month. Your plan includes a set amount of data that is delivered at 25 Mbps download speeds.  If you exceed this amount, you stay connected at reduced speeds, typically 1-3 Mbps, until your next billing cycle.

What is plan data and how much is included in my service plan?  (Consumer only)

Each plan comes with a set amount of data that is delivered at 25 Mbps download speeds. The plans offer amounts ranging from 10 GB to 50 GB per month.  

What is plan data versus ‘Unlimited Data’ that’s included in my service plan?  (Business only)

Plan data is the set amount of Anytime Data and Daytime Data that is delivered at 25 Mbps download speeds. Daytime Data is available from 8am-6pm; Anytime Data can be used 24/7, day or night. If you exceed your plan data, you will stay connected at reduced speeds, typically 1-3 Mbps, until your next billing cycle. 

How do I select a plan if all plans have Unlimited Data – No Hard Data Limits?

If I exceed the amount of data included in my plan, what can I do to regain full speed?

  • You can purchase Data Tokens that provide additional data at full speed (25 Mbps download speeds).  Visit the Get More Data page in the Support Center to choose the amount of additional data you need. 
  • You can upgrade your service plan at any time to a plan that offers more data delivered at 25 Mbps download speeds.  Simply visit the Plans & Pricing page in the Support Center to review your current plan and upgrade to a plan that offers more data.
  • Take advantage of 50 GB of additional data at full speed during the Bonus Zone (2am-8am local time).

If I have exceeded the amount of data included in my plan, at 2:00am, do my speeds improve during the Bonus Zone?

Yes!  In the Bonus Zone (2am – 8am local time), your speeds will return to 25 Mbps for downloads and 3 Mbps for uploads.  You will enjoy an additional 50 GB of data during the Bonus Zone hours at full speed.

Can I still stream video once I have exceeded the amount of data included in my plan?

If you have exceeded the amount of plan data included in your service plan, you will experience reduced speeds that may affect the streaming quality and performance.
