Where can I Inquire about my Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Status?

If you have submitted an equipment repair or return and Customer Care has issued you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) you can track the status here.

Check your inbox for an email regarding your issued return merchandise authorization (RMA) or go to rmastatus.hughesnet.com.


Enter the appropriate information in two search sections.

  • SAN (Site Account Number) and/or RMA Request ID required

  • Phone and/or Zip Code

Enter the information in the security field.

  • The security field is case sensitive and MUST be entered exactly as it appears on the screen, without spaces

When you have completed your information, click ‘View RMA Status’.

The next screen will display your shipping and receiving information.  At the bottom of the screen you will find carrier and package tracking information along with the received date and warranty status.
